Everywhere! We ship worldwide from Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Allow up to 7 business days for art prints to be printed and dispatched. They're printed by a small, family owned print company in Australia, not mass produced. Zodiac prints are already printed and will be dispatched sooner. Once dispatched, allow 5-10 business days for delivery within Australia, and 10-20 business days for international orders. Occasionally things take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Will I get tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking info by email.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country. These are included in our shipping costs for USA customers only.

Are your prints made to order?

Most art prints are printed to order by a family owned print company in Australia, so each one is made with care, not churned out on a production line. Zodiac prints are already printed and ready to go.

What are the prints printed on?

High quality materials. Exact specs vary by product and are listed on each product page.

Tarot Deck

Is The Falling Card Tarot a full deck?

Yes! It's a complete 78 card hand illustrated deck.

What size are the cards?

120mm x 71mm, printed on 350gsm FSC certified laminated card stock. Built to last.

Does it come with a guidebook?

Yes, it includes a colour guidebook with keywords to guide your readings, plus a beautiful organic cotton bag to keep your deck safe.

Orders and Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@jennimclaughlinart.com and we'll do our best to help before your order is processed.

What's your returns policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Contact us at info@jennimclaughlinart.com to start a return. Note: custom or personalised items and sale items cannot be returned.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@jennimclaughlinart.com with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
